Bill Tinkler made the negotiations go so very smoothly by expertly knowing what the situation called for. It seemed that as soon as we had an offer, we had final agreement and a signed contract. The closing process including the inspection was so flawless that we could focus on packing and getting ready to move. We interviewed 5 real estate agents when we decided to sell our home.  Although each agent had both pluses and minuses, the Tinklers (Bill and son Monte) stood out.  They were good to work with, helped us out as we prepared the house for sale, and achieved a much higher sale price than any of the other 4 agents thought possible.  Within 2 days of listing we had a signed contract close to our asking price.  The inspections and closing went smoothly with their assistance.
